FAQs

Do you require a deposit?

Yes for all bookings. Deposits are 50% of total service, and must be paid to secure your appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, and they do count towards your total balance.

Can I have all of my raw unedited photos?

Yes. The full reel of raw images are available for purchase as an add-on.

How many people can I bring to the shoot?

As many as you would like!

When will I receive my final edits?

I begin working on edits as soon as your selections are made. Full gallery of photos will be delivered within 24-48 hours of your session. We pride ourselves in our turnaround time, and since great things do take time, a baseline of 5-7 business days for all final edits should be expected. Depending on the project they may come before that!

What forms of payment do you accept?

All forms! Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc. Payment through the website is the preferred option, but just let us know what works best for you if you would like to pay in another way. If you are paying through cashapp, a 2.75% service charge is added onto the total payment.

Payments

Full payment must be made by the day of the shoot at the latest. Early payments are highly suggested. Photos and/or videos will not be delivered until the full payment is made.

Rescheduling/Edits

You are allowed one free reschedule for all services up to 48 hours before your appointment (change of plan, bad weather, etc.). Any cancels or reschedules requested within 48 hours of the shoot date comes with a $50 fee.

For video projects, please specify song choice, editing inspirations, and creative ideas before final delivery. Any revisions must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of final delivery.

Travel

Any shoot that requires over a 20 mile drive from my Baltimore office will require a $50 travel fee added on to your appointment. Any travel logistics that require flights and lodging will be discussed via email separately.

Storage

Throughout the year, we produce an abundance of content including photography and videography. This content must be kept somewhere, and usually the best content gets kept for our portfolio. It is at our discretion on what gets kept, so do we offer a grace period of three months if you ever misplace or just want an extra copy of your photos/videos. After three months from your shoot date, we cannot guarantee that a specific photo or video clip has been kept. Thank you for your understanding!
